MBNA Summer Training Camp

Class Description: The MBNA Summer Training Camp is for any skier or athlete age 13 and older who is looking to build a training base for the upcoming ski season.  The group will meet three days a week and do a variety of cross -training activities. The activities will include but are not limited to:  hill bounding, running, swimming, yoga, circuit strength training and hiking.   In addition to these activities we will be keeping a training log, discussing nutrition and talking about individualized training programs.

Location:  We will meet for practice at the High school weight room.

Dates:  Summer Training Camp will run from June 30th – August 1st.  We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9 – 12 am.

Fees:  $100.00; MBNA Members are eligible for a member discount of 15%. As a member you should have received a discount code in your MBNA December Newsletter to enter at the last step of the on-line registration.

Equipment and Clothing: Skiers should have running shoes, hill bounding poles, swim suit, yoga matt (optional) and heart rate monitor (highly suggested).
